Before I begin I will note most of the armors in Hytale are currently locked behind creative mode due to the game being in early access. Therefore I will be focusing on only the armors obtainable in Exploration mode, this information will change and be outdated but this is what it is now. Now without further ado, here's the armors of Hytale!

The first armor you will encounter in Hytale is copper armor. Craftable with ~30 of the commonly found copper ingots, copper armor offers the lowest level of defense but is the first armor found, so what did you expect. To get copper armor simply go mining in the nearest cave to find copper ore:

Once you have the ore simply smelt it in a furnace to get copper ingots. Now make an armorers workbench and craft the armor there. Only a tier one workbench is required.
Copper Armor Stats (Full Set):
Next on the list is iron armor, crafted from iron ore which is found in the same places as copper but deeper underground. Once you have 45 iron ore smelt it and craft the armor at a tier one workbench the same way as copper armor. Note however you also need linen scraps and light leather obtained by killing enemies to craft it as well.
Iron Armor Stats (Full Set):
Now things get interesting, thorium armor is crafted from 46 thorium ore, found exclusively in the desert biomes of the world. To get thorium armor first locate a howling sands biome which by itself will take some time.

Once you locate the biome, go mining for thorium, its a green ore that looks like this:

Now return to your base and smelt said thorium, but unlike the last armor sets you must upgrade your armorer's workbench to tier two in order to craft thorium armor. Along with this you also need medium leather, linen scraps and venom sacs from enemies to create the armor. Tip: venom sacs drop from the flying bugs in the howling sands biomes.
Thorium Armor Stats (Full Set):
This will be brief since cobalt armor is similar the thorium armor, the main difference is instead of going to the howling sands, go to the cold mountainous biomes to find cobalt. You will also need shadoweave scraps from outlander enemies in the mountain biome, they look like this:

Once you have all that craft the armor at a tier 2 armorer's workbench.
Cobalt Armor Stats (Full Set):
Also note that the difference between Cobalt and Thorium armor is its extra effect, that being while thorium gives poison resistance, cobalt gives extra signature attack damage.
The final currently craftable armor in Hytale is adamantite, found in the devastated lands biome and requiring a astonishing 120+ ingots. For this price you get a very good armor capable of increasing your damage and taking just as much from your enemies. To get this armor you need a tier 3 armorer's workbench as well as a large amount of cindercloth and heavy leather from enemies. Tip: the devastated lands are often found on islands in the middle of the ocean and look something like this

Once you have all the resources just craft the armor and you will have the best armor currently in Hytale.
Adamantite Armor Stats (Full Set):
Note: Adamantite Armor also gives +16% light attack damage
Mithril armor while appearing in the crafting bench, is not currently obtainable and must be obtained in creative mode. This is likely to change but as of right now it cannot be obtained normally.
